Refund policy

GINANNI – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

If you need a different size or style, we will gladly assist with an exchange. We provide one complimentary exchange per order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at info@ginannishoes.com. We will provide detailed instructions and the appropriate return address.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and unused  
- Must be in original packaging (including shoe box and all contents)  
- Must be in resellable condition  

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

We provide a prepaid return label for the first exchange and cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Additional exchanges will require the customer to cover shipping costs.

Returns are accepted under limited conditions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items:
- Final sale or clearance items  
- Worn or damaged products  

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
