How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship out of South Jordan, Utah. Once your order is placed, ground transit time can take approximately 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do international shipping. Please note that for international shipping the cost of import duties and taxes are covered by the customer.
What is a pre-order and when will I get my shoes?
Depending on our demand, we might be sold out of the shoes you want to buy. The best thing you can do is place a pre-order on our website.
We will provide an estimated date of delivery on each product page, but most of the time it will take approximately 8 weeks to receive your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Free Return Policy
We offer free returns only in the United States on all products within 15 days of your purchase. If you need a different size or would like to choose a different style or color, please place a different order and ship your first or original order back for a refund.

NOTE: All returns must be sent back in an unworn condition and include all original box contents. See our Shipping and Returns Policy for more information.

SIZING

Read carefully each shoes or boots specification to know what size we recommend you to order. ( We use USA Men's size Standard.).

Currently we do not offer wide-width shoes. If you have wide feet, we recommend purchasing a full size up.
