Finding the Right Pair Matters.

We want every pair of Ginanni shoes to feel exactly right.

If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange your unworn shoes within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Easy Exchanges

If you simply need a different size, we'll help make the exchange process as straightforward as possible. Our goal is to get the right pair on your feet with minimal delay.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the transaction after the refund has been approved.
